                              Is the program suitable if I am vegetarian and/or vegan?

                              Yes! This isn’t a diet or a meal plan. It’s a step-by-step guide teaching you a whole new way of thinking about food. I do provide delicious and nutritious recipes in the program – many of which can easily be adapted and I included a vegan recipe bundle in the program especially for you!

                              Will I lose weight during the 10-weeks?

                              In the program I help you shift your focus from weight to health. Eating in a balanced way and moving your body in a way that feels good will probably result in weight loss if it is done consistently but if you have been on restrictive diets for a long period of time it might take time for your body to reset your metabolism and find a healthy set point. Be patient your weight will balance out. This program is designed to help you to reach your best and most balanced weight.

                              I'm really busy. How much time do I need for this program?

                              I understand that we live in a fast paced world and you have a lot of other responsibilities. You only need to set aside about 1 hour per week. You’ll also receive reminder emails from me keeping you motivated and on track. You have lifetime access, so you can work through the information at your own pace and revisit any time.

                              I do not have a computer. Will I be able to access the program?

                              Absolutely! The Program is mobile friendly and you can easily access it with your smartphone. You will also receive weekly emails and reminders that you can open on your phone.
