I think you will love the program I have put together for you. However, if for any reason you feel this program was not what you thought or isn’t right for you then I will refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

Although I always love to hear feedback, positive or constructive, this is a ‘no questions asked’ guarantee. Simply pop me an email and I will refund your money.

This Satisfaction guarantee is only valid for the Food Freedom Program and does not extend to any recipe books or Nutritional Counseling Services bought from the website.



Due to the nature of the recipe books I cannot offer a refund on it. If you wish to see a sample first before buying it, you are welcome to contact me. If you buy a recipe book on the website and we fail to deliver it due to technical difficulties, we will refund you the full amount paid.



When you buy a Nutritional Counseling Service package from the website you can request a refund up to 24 hours before the session is conducted. You will only have the option to reschedule the session once. Once the session is conducted there will be no refund as it is a time-investment from my side.

If I have to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will give you a refund for the amount paid by you, if you are not willing to reschedule the session to another day.

If you fail to show up for your session without prior arrangement, you will forfeit the money paid for it and there will be no rescheduling.
